Michael Carli is a former U.S. Air Force Entomology Specialist, stationed at Mountain Home Air Force Base from May 1982 to December 1985. Michael’s Entomology training was conducted at Sheppard Air Force Base in Texas; with follow up courses in the next 12 months from Purdue University and Texas Tech Entomology departments through colleges of the Air Force, thus acquiring his requisite specialist level of training. Following Michael’s Honorable Discharge from the Air Force, and after working in the private sector Michael created Top Notch Pest Control in 1990. Top Notch is now in the Pest Control business for over for 18 years. Top Notch specializes in structural pest services specializing in eliminating all crawling insects including termites, and all exterior pest control services including: fertilization, weed elimination, and turf pests, including chinch bugs, grubs, fire ants, etc.

Top Notch Pest Control’s recent government service provided pest elimination for the U.S. Army Reserve Center in Clearwater, Florida for crawling insects and flea elimination as a result of Raccoons entering the facility. Top Notch developed and installed a mechanical wiring system that repelled the raccoons away from the hangar doors in a humane, yet effective method. Top Notch also provided relief of fleas and other annoying insects in the Army Reserve Center’s production areas.
