of Commerce Business of the Year in 2001. We specialize in serving three markets; residential, commercial and termite treatment.

A Family Owned and Operated Organization
Top Notch Pest Control is owned and operated by Michael and Mary Carli. Michael has an excellent track record in the pest control industry and he forged his skills with the US Air Force as an 'Entomology Specialist'. Top Notch is recognized as the leading pest control company in Tampa Bay - and setting the benchmark for quality service and customer satisfaction. Founder Michael Carli, sits on the board of the North Pinellas YMCA. Service Manager, Steve Rowland involves himself in numerous youth sports organizations. Mary Carli (VP of Administration), taught Special Education for the Pinellas County School System for eight years before taking up her current position at Top Notch Pest Control.

Top Notch has enjoyed an annual growth rate in excess of 30% and giving back to our community has always been a priority. We are proud members of the Palm Harbor, Clearwater and Upper Tampa Bay Chambers of Commerce and sponsor numerous Non-profit events throughout the year.
